Broadcore allows users to initiate and receive calls from any device, at any location, with only one phone number, one dial plan, one voice mailbox, and a unified set of features.

Users can place calls from their mobile phone, move a call from their mobile phone to their fixed phone so that others can listen in on the speaker phone, and seamlessly move calls from their desk phone to their mobile without having to hang up. This (and more) is all part of Broadcore Anywhere solution.

Placing and receiving business calls from the mobile phone
Broadcore Anywhere allows users to place or receive business calls from their fixed phone, mobile, or soft client phone, allowing them to be productive from any location, at any time. When the Broadcore Anywhere feature is properly configured in conjunction with the user's mobile number, anytime a call is received at the office business line, the user will also receive the call on the predefined location and will have the opportunity to answer or reject the call. If the user chooses not to take the call, the caller will be automatically routed to the business voicemail.

Transferring active calls amongst mobile phone, office phone, fixed phone, soft phone
Active calls can be transferred without interruption from any of the configured phones for a particular phone number. This includes mobile phones, soft phones, and any other phones configured with the Broadcore Anywhere service.

Call directly from the mobile phone
Through the Broadcore Anywhere portal number and password, the user's business phone number will show on the Caller ID as if they are calling from the office.

Mid-call service feature execution
When Broadcore Anywhere is configured for mid-call services, users with traditional CS-based phones such as mobile handsets or PSTN phones can signal a Broadcore feature access code towards Broadcore. Following are some examples of key mid-call services.

Blind call transfer: A user can transfer an active call to another number without call interruption.
Consultative call transfer: A user can transfer an active call to a third-party number, but can first consult with the third party before the transfer.
Three-way calling: A user can create a three-way call without call interruption.

Control mobile reachability
Broadcore Anywhere allows users to activate and deactivate their "reachability" for their mobile phone so that calls to the office telephone number do not ring on the mobile phone.
