    5.       Executive User

    The Executive license, as the name suggests, is most appropriate for company executives. This license provides essential call control features as well as all available productivity features. This license has all the features listed in tables for items 1 through 4.

    User Features (A la carte)

    6.       Voicemail (VM)

    Individual VM box is available for each user. Voicemail service is centralized across all locations. Users may manage their voicemail profile from any location. Messages may be retrieved via the user’s phone, voice portal, or from an email attachment in .WAV audio format. Transcription service is also available.

    7.       Fax Via Email

    This feature allows users to receive faxes in their email client. The fax image is attached to the email. The user may open the attachment and print if necessary.

    8.       Call Recording

    The Call Recording product enables customers to record all conversations on selected phones. The recordings are stored online and may be retrieved or downloaded at any time. Recordings are kept in the cloud and available for download up to 90 days.

    9.       E911

    Enhanced 911 provides a safe and reliable means of communication at times of emergency. We send your phone number, name, address and even a description to your local 911 office (PSAP). Moreover, each user is able to change their registered location on demand from a secure web portal.

    10.    Call Control Client

    Call Control Client provides call routing capability from the desktop. Additionally, it provides Instant Messaging, Presence, and M.S. Outlook contact, speed dial and enterprise directory dialing. Also included is instant access to turn on and off telephony features.

    11.    Telephony Toolbar

    This desktop communications product is an integrated toolbar that enables users to make and accept telephone calls, and change telephone settings, from within Microsoft Outlook and Internet Explorer. The Telephony Toolbar is a carrier class, lightweight desktop communications product for everyday users of Internet Explorer and Microsoft Outlook.

    12.    Receptionist Software Client

    This desktop communications product is a carrier class IP Telephony attendant console for use by receptionists, or telephone attendants, who manage and screen inbound calls for enterprises. 

    13.    Video Calling

    Video Calling is included with any Broadcore user license. If equipped with a SIP based video phone, users are able to call coworkers — also with a video phone — anywhere within the Broadcore network and converse. This capability allows people to see and hear each other on demand.

    14.    Personal Call History

    On demand access to secure web portal to view personal call activity including call detail records such time, duration, direction and caller ID for specified time range.

    15.    Personal Profile Management

    Each user is able to manage their profile and status on demand via a secure web portal interface.

    Group Features

    16.    Automated Attendant (AA)

    AA allows callers to be automatically routed to an extension without the intervention of an operator. AA routes calls based on callers’ selection, such as a menu option or an extension number. Automated attendant also allows caller to dial by name of the person they want to reach.

    17.    Hunt Group (HG)

    HG is an automatic call distribution engine that routes calls according to a set of predefined rules and parameters, such as time of day, Caller ID, number of rings, and variable destination.

    18.    Call Center (CC)

    CC is an automatic call distribution engine that distributes calls among assigned users according to a set of predefined rules and parameters. If all assigned users are unavailable, CC engine puts incoming callers in a queue until a user becomes available.

    19.    Audio Conference Bridge

    This service allows multiple parties to call into a bridge and after authenticating themselves, join other participants in the conference call. The organizer can manage all participants through a web portal.

    20.    Video and Audio Conference Bridge

    Video Conference Bridging using SIP protocol can connect far flung offices and people into one unified “virtual room.” Easily connect all your offices on video call that is also High Definition Audio.

    21.    Administrator Portal

    Administrators are able change, delete, or add, on demand via secure web portal interface. Moreover, administrators are able to manage user profiles remotely from anywhere using the same secure web portal interface.

    22.    Call Capacity

    Call capacity determines the number of simultaneous calls that may be processed. Each Broadcore customer gets a call capacity equal to the number of users purchased. Additional call capacity is available for purchase should the need arise.

    23.    Call Analytics

    Call Analytics is a call accounting tool that allows system administrators on demand access to customized call reports via a secure online web interface. The reports may be viewed in tabular as well as graphical formats. Reports saved or regularly emailed to the administrator. Reports may be exported in both .CSV and .PDF formats.
