In order to comply with specific requirements of each industry vertical or type of business, Broadcore allows for custom integration of its clients' existing technologies with Broadcore's unified communications platform. Broadcore's open Applications Programming Interface (API) facilitates integration of communications technologies with its customers' existing business software suites, web applications, and popular Customer Relation Management (CRM) application such as Salesforce.com and ACT!.
The integration may be performed by the customers' internal technical groups, the Broadcore professional services teams, or by third party developers, in order to develop unique applications customized for each business's specific needs. Broadcore's open API is a set of RESTful APIs allowing resources to be defined and addressed over HTTP with simple XML allowing minimal software development for customization.
