Resource and data analysis
CallView's call activity reports provide details on the number of phone calls received on a daily, monthly and annual basis. It provides robust data analysis on a variety of data points such as calls based on specific timelines, geographies, extensions, departments, etc. Translated and shown in an easy to read graph, this data can help organizations with phone line requirements, staffing, or other system requirements.
Accurate client billable time
CallView allows tagging of calls with an account or project code for tracking and client billing purposes, and provides easy-to-read, custom reports of billable time for each client or project.
Supervisors can evaluate or compare employee performance based on detailed graphical or numerical call activity reports including the total time each employee spends on the phone, the average time each employee spends per call, the numbers dialed and received, the average time each employee places calls on hold, or various other parameters tracked by CallView.
Geographic call statistics and management
CallView provides detailed statistics about geographic origination of calls. This data can help with regional advertising campaigns, inventory control, and a myriad of other business operations. Administrators, executives and managers who supervise multiple locations can receive all of the call data in one report which can be viewed online.
CallView reflects call statistics upon call completion. This provides real-time access to statistical data on a regular basis without the need to wait for cutoff periods.
CallView generates reports based on various call parameters including Caller ID, extension number, account code, dialed number, dialed area code, or call duration using the built in Call Detail Records (CDR) search engine.
Reverse directory lookup
CallView provides reverse directory lookup so that unrecognized numbers can be traced back to the name and/or the company of the caller. Tracing calls can be important when legal documentation is needed to prove a call took place.
