Broadcore offers unlimited and free online training to all users and group administrators. There are two regularly held interactive and instructor led sessions held every week. On Tuesdays of every week, at 11:00 am Pacific, the training session focuses on telephony features and is audio only. The Thursday training session - also held at 11:00 am Pacific - focuses on web portal features and functions. This training session uses both audio and web collaboration.
