. How difficult is it to install the Broadcore system?
Broadcore  Unified Communication is a Hosted UC It is very easy to install. All phones are programmed when they arrived at your office.
 
. How does Broadcore deliver services?
All of our business services run over our private managed connections with Quality of Service (QoS). QoS means that we have the controls in place to prioritize your voice data packets and make sure they arrive sequentially and at just the right times.
 
. What is the role of our internal IT staff and how will Broadcore work for them?
Once you order Hosted UNIFIED COMMUNICATION service, Broadcore will contact your technical staff to confirm the details for setting up the service.
 
. What Codec does Broadcore use?
Broadcore uses G729 codec compression which uses about 32k per call.
 
. What if I have multiple office locations?
With standard premises-based PBX platforms, implementing a system with multiple sites can be an operational nightmare. Broadcore's Hosted VoIP Services is much simpler because all of the PBX “brains” are in our network core, so location doesn’t matter.
 
. What if the IP network fails? My LAN goes down routinely, am I ready for Broadcore?
Not yet. Prior to implementing Broadcore Unified Communications Solution we Discuss LAN assessment to determine the degree to which your network is "VoIP-ready."
 
. What is the default Conference Bridge Capacity?
By Default, every Group has a 6-Party Conference Group Capacity which can be increased.
 
. Who does my Moves/Adds/Changes?
