Yes Broadcore supports remote users to connect to your Group from any location that has high speed broadband connection. Our phones are designed to work as plug and play devices in most cases. Some personal LAN network devices may prevent home users from connecting their Phones into their LAN and have the phones authenticate with our network. We work with these individual to remedy these types of scenarios and assist with getting the phones up and running at remote locations.
