For years, Broadcore has been offering free online training. We find it to be the most effective way to train customers. You'll be using the phone in your office, so we find this to be the most supportive place for you to learn. You just call in and log on.

We have free online and over the phone training every week. Simply email training@broadcore.com or call 611 from your Broadcore phone for the current schedule.
Our trainers can talk you through it all, answer your questions and get you on your way and back to work. If you need a refresher, by all means stop by the online training again.

We offer one-on-one online training for receptionists and administrators. We know these are important and specialized. These can run from 15 to 90 minutes. We do these by appointment only.
