Does Broadcore support click to dial on a web based directory?
Yes. We have a few solutions for this.
1. Internet Explorer. This features gives you the ability to highlight any phone number on any web page, right click and dial. This would require Broadcore assistant toolbar using Internet Explorer.
2. Outlook Contacts. With this feature, you can click on your outlook contacts and click Dial Contact, And your telephone automatically connects. This would require Broadcore assistant toolbar using Internet Explorer.
3. SalesForce.com. This allows you to dial directly from your SalesForce.com account and maintain records with notes for all calls.
