Call Forwarding allows you to have all incoming calls skip ringing on your Broadcore phone and go directly to your mobile, your assistant or some other number. Messages will go to that other number.
When your telephone is idle, you might see softkeys labeled new call & forward. We discouraged users from utilizing the softkey labeled Forward. Now it is fully integrated with the system.

- By logging into the web portal OR
- Clicking on the outlook or toolbar
Note: If you have shared call appearance you cannot use the softkey labeled forward, but there are cool features below for you.
Do Not Disturb Integration
Do not disturb means that calls will not ring on your desk phone, but will be send directly to voicemail. If you've enabled it properly then your BUSY greeting will play for callers.
