Fax to Email allows you to have a 10-digit phone number for a fax assigned by Broadcore. When someone sends a fax to this number we automatically send you a .tff file attached to an email address.

Broadcore sets each number to an email address. If you'd like it sent to a distribution list, simply set that up on your exchange as a group, or put a rule on your email to forward if it comes from Broadcore's fax server.

Q: What if I'm not getting my faxes?

A: the first thing to do is check your email client spam filter. You can talk to your administrator about this.


Q: What if I can only see the first page?

A: Using some clients it is not obvious how to view the next pages. In Windows picture and fax viewer, for example, it is here:
