	Broadcore and Salesforce.com technologies are seamlessly integrated to provide users an unparalleled way to communicate with customers and business partners. The joint solution will enable enterprise users to integrate Broadcore’s VoIP platform directly into the Salesforce.com CRM applications, allowing users to access advanced voice features including click-to-dial, recorded-call logging and others.

Access Partners

	Broadcore has had a relationship with Paetec Communications for over 10 years for access to PSTN as well as collocation facilities on the west coast.
	Broadcore has partnered with XO communications for access to XO's nationwide connectivity solutions. XO has one of the largest footprints of connectivity infrastructure in US.
	Verizon, the second largest telecommunications company in US, has partnered with Broadcore to allow Broadcore customers connectivity solutions (T-1s). Verizon owns one of the largest data networks in the world and provide Broadcore with Quality of Service (QoS) enabled access solution to allow Broadcore’s business customers to enjoy highest quality of VoIP services end to end.
	Broadcore has partnered with Level3 to expand its PSTN footprint to provide services to 95% of the US business market. Level3 operates one of the largest Internet backbones in the world, and is one of the largest providers of wholesale dial-up services to ISP’s in North America. The company offers a wide range of communication services over its 23,000 mile broadband fiber optic network.
	Broadcore has partnered with AT&T, the largest telecommunications company in US, to allow Broadcore customers access to AT&T’s world-class connectivity footprint. Broadcore has access to AT&T tradition PSTN and DSL services within the partnership agreement.
	Qwest is the third largest telecommunications company in US and has partnered with Broadcore to allow Broadcore customers access to Qwest long distance network. Broadcore also uses the Qwest network to reach customers in the Qwest territory as well as areas were Qwest has a data connectivity footprint.
	Broadcore partnered with Covad communications in 1996 to access Covad’s nationwide connectivity solutions for reliable communications delivery to its customer base. Covad owns and operates one of the largest DSL network infrastructures in US.
	Broadcore has partnered with Global Crossing to access PSTN via Global Crossing’s next generation of IP trunking providing access to nationwide foot print of PSTN services.

Data Centers

Broadcore uses Coresite’s mission critical data center in the western US, which is the largest and the most condensed telecommunication data center in the world. This facility houses part of Broadcore’s infrastructure that powers its hosted unified communications services. This facility also acts as Broadcore’s east coast geographical redundancy and disaster recovery site. The OneWilshire facility provides a direct in-building connectivity to over 240 US and international carriers all within a simple fiber cross connect. Broadcore also has access to over 750 carriers via Coresite’s Any2network connectivity that spans across all Coresite’s data centers throughout US.

Broadcore uses Telx’s mission critical data center in eastern US, which is known to be the second largest telecommunication data center in the world. Broadcore houses part of its infrastructure at this facility that enables the delivery of its hosted unified communications services. This facility also acts as Broadcore’s west coast geographical redundancy and disaster recovery site.

	Broadcore uses Extreme Networks’ carrier grade Ethernet switching infrastructure that is mission critical 24x7x365 year operation. Fully redundant VRRP configured switches power Broadcore’s massive network connectivity.
	Broadcore has worked closely with IBM to optimize its solutions based on the IBM BladeCenter family of blade server products.
	Broadcore uses Cisco’s network products for reliable delivery of it hosted unified communications services. Cisco is a proven world leader in layer2 and layer3 switching and routing network solutions, and Broadcore leverages Cisco’s hardware to build mission critical solutions for its customers nationwide.
	Acme Packet enables the delivery of trusted, first-class interactive communications—voice, video and multimedia sessions for Broadcore’s world class hosted Unified Communications services. Acme Packet’s Net-Net families of session border controllers are mission critical network element in Broadcore’s infrastructure to enable VoIP trunking and hosted voice communication services. Acme Packet satisfies critical security, service assurance and regulatory requirements in Broadcore’s peering with its PSTN gateway partners and session border requirement for IP end points.
