Forward All Calls
- There is no one way to do this for all customers, but this is a good start.
- Login to http://login.broadcore.com/
- Click Services.
- Click Hunt Groups.
- Look for & Click on the main number hunt group(s)
- Click Profile.
- Scroll Down.
- Under No Answer Settings, Check the box for Forward Calls After Waiting, Enter 0 seconds. Enter a number to send calls to. Click Apply at the top or bottom to save.
- You'll need to return to turn off the call forwarding or set it back to the original settings.
