We also offer two different live online training sessions. Register for classes by clicking here.

Details on a few class types are below:
There is the introduction to the phones and features on Tuesdays at 11am PT.
We cover:

  • Placing & Answering Calls
  • Voice Mail
  • Hold, Transfer & Three way calling
  • And other topics as needed
Our Thursday session at 11 am PT is online with a visual component. So you’ll need to be at a computer.
Training topics include:
  • Access/modify phone features online
  • Program Speed Dials
  • Customize voicemail to e-mail delivery
  • Set up E911 Address
  • See the Broadcore Unity or Outlook Toolbar, as needed.
  • Other topics also covered as needed.
We also offer Admin training by appointment only. Click here to register.
Specialized training for Receptionists is also made by appointment. We schedule these with all new customers, but if you have staff turnover, click here to register.
