Connectivity Issue

Typical signs that you have a connectivity issue:

  • My T-1 is down.
  • My whole system is down.
  • I can’t make any calls.
  • My power is completely off.
  • My internet is down.
  • My T-1 is flapping.
  • My T-1 is bouncing.

What to do about it


  • First reboot your router.
    • Find it and unplug the power. Plug it back in.
    • This solves 85% of these issues.
  • Reboot one telephone and computer.
  • See if the phone and internet comes back up.
  • If not, contact Client Services and we will open a case and begin working immediately to resolve your issue.
  • While you are waiting you can reboot any firewall, switch, etc.
