Help with reading my bill
Answer:
The first section is the Invoice Details and Due date, Amount Due, the Account History, And important messages, our payment address.
The second section is the Summary of Charges:
Monthly services are things for the users and the group such as user licenses and The Auto Attendant.
Usage charges includes international and toll free charges.
Taxes, Surcharges, and Fees are collected and remitted to the appropriate governing body.
The third section is the Rate Plan Detail. This outlines call limits and Directory Assistance.
The fourth section is Detail of Charges. This is a detailed grid of services.
First the group, such as T-1 or business trunks. Then each individual user, you see the cost and/or usage. -

First, we recommend you search for the item in question on our site. Simply scroll to the top of this page and type into the Search box and the Top/Right.

I added one new user this month, but on my bill it looks like two users.
Answer:
The calculation is done automatically. Let’s say your billing period is February. You will get this invoice on January 20th. You added a user on January 10. On this invoice, you will see the billing dates from January 10-January 31 as a new line item. Plus you will see another line item for this same user for February 1-February 28. -
My payment was not included on my bill.
Answer:
Payments received before the 14th of the month are included on the bill. If you need an update, we can send you an account statement with payments and invoice numbers. -
When will I receive my invoice?
Answer:
The invoice is dated the 15th of every month. We send them as quickly afterwards via email. Always by the 22nd of each month, but usually sooner. -
My credits are not showing for deleted users.
Answer:
The calculation is done automatically. Let’s say your billing period is February. You will get this invoice on January 20th. You added a user on January 10. On this invoice, you will see the billing dates from January 10-January 31 as a new line item. Plus you will see another line item for this same user for February 1-February 28. -
How can I pay my bill?
Answer:
You can pay by check or credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. -
Can I set up automatic payments?
Answer:
Yes. We can automatically bill your credit card on a monthly basis. -
Can you explain the taxes, surcharges and fees?
Answer:
Taxes are collected by us, but we are just an agent. We do not get to keep the taxes we collect. The tax rates are set on a mandatory basis for federal, state, county and city agencies. As communications users, you pay taxes to support schools, libraries, 911 services, etc. Local taxes are based on your geo code for service location.
- CA Emerg Tel Users surcharge is for 911.
- Federal TRS Fun is federal taxes.
- Universal Service Fund is federal. See usac.org for information.
- Different local areas call the taxes by different names
