Account Executives
We are seeking sales professionals with experience in the sales of Hosted PBX services or digital / VoIP Key and PBX business telephone systems and T1 services.
Project Engineers
Broadcore is hiring project engineers with telecom project management experience.
Technicians
Field Service Technician will support the deployment and maintenance of VoIP hosted PBX.
The right candidate will be the engineering point of contact with customer onsite.
Will work with the customer to understand the site layout and to qualify the VoIP device requirements.
Will work with an assigned project engineer and account team to complete the solution.
The position will require an experienced technician capable of working independently on specific measurable tasks and interface with internal and external coworkers and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Deploy hosted VoIP PBX service for business customers.
- Network installation, including wiring, configuring switches and routers, and setting up VPNs, VLANs and DHCP services.
- Network troubleshooting, including use of network sniffers and other testing tools.
- Troubleshooting support for all end user related issues that can not be addressed by Customer Services.
- Strong personal initiative and desire to deploy working systems in the real world.
- Strong sense of ownership and drive for excellence.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Fast learner with a great attitude, willing to get your hands dirty to make things work.
Qualifications:
A highly motivated individual, who is willing to work independently in the field and coordinate with regional co-workers and corporate departments to reliably complete specific installation and deployment tasks on schedule with high quality and workmanship excellence.
A minimum of 2 years experience working in data communications, with a focus on TCP/IP network configuration is desired.
Business data cabling installations and Ethernet termination procedures is a must.
Experience with hand tools, ladder work and general safety procedures are also critical.
Hand Tools and access to a reliable truck are a positive for applicants and will impact $ pay range.
